Confident English Speaking provides one-to-one English speaking sessions designed to help individuals improve spoken English confidence, fluency, and communication skills. All sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to book and participate in sessions.

3. Bookings and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions

Missed Appointments

• No refunds are given for missed appointments.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled session for any reason, the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be refused.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in termination of services without refund.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for:

• Missed appointments
• Partially used session packages
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations rather than service delivery

If a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, it will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
